Return & Refund Policy

30-day return window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Items should be unused, clean, and in original packaging when possible.

POD / direct-from-partner shipping

Because we ship direct from our supplier partners, returns process within 7–10 business days after your return arrives at our US processing location — not the day you drop the package in the mail. Supplier fulfillment typically ships in 5–10 business days before US transit.

Return shipping costs

Defective or wrong item: we provide a prepaid return label where applicable.
Non-defect / change of mind: Customer pays return shipping on non-defect returns unless item arrived damaged.

US return address

Returns ship to our US processing partner — address provided on your return label email.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Allow 5–10 business days for your bank to post the credit. All charges are processed in USD.

For size or variant exchanges, email support@pawtrail.com with your order number. We will confirm availability before you ship.

Delivery estimates shown at checkout (5–10 business days from supplier + 2–3 days US transit) are the same timelines referenced in our Shipping Policy. Free US shipping applies on orders over $75.
